Are you lowering? Theres no point in dealing with adjustables if you're not lowering. You have to make sure they're lengthened correctly when you install them, and if youre not lowering then its a pointless hassle. Then you need to locktite the adjustable area once you think you have it right, again, pointless if youre not lowering.

Yes I plan on either going with the whole bmr lowering kit or buying all the lowering part required seprate and going with h&r super sport springs. I will also be getting adj dspecs shocks/struts

If you are gonna do a 1 piece D/S make sure you get an adj. upper control arm so you can adjust the pinion angle, unless you plan on putting down some serious power and dragging at the track then the adj. upper becomes a weak point in your setup.
