WoW looks alot better then the old one, and i have the old one and love mine. So this could only be a upgrade and be better then the old one which imo is great.

Looks like they found a way to charge double for almost the same exact shifter. Hope it doesn't rattle.

+1,

i just installed the old hurst comp shifter and i absolutely love it. no stiffness or excessive loudness that i have heard horror stories about. I dont see why anyone with a DD would spend an extra $100 to get basically the same shifter...

Stick with the old one for $100 less IMO

It will come down in price soon enough. Its only because its new its that high in price. Just like anything else when it first comes out. You gotta pay to be one of the first ones to have it

The billet construction probably makes it stiffer like the Tri-Ax. Wish this would have been out when I got my Tri-Ax as it's around the same price.

It's pretty cool looking, to bad you can't see all that nice milling when it's installed!

Just looking at that it looks a heck of alot stronger than the standard Hurst. But the price is getting into the MGW range - which has more adjustability for throw (50% vs 40%) and **** height and angle (at least it doesn't look like the Hurst has adjustable **** ht from that picture).
