How to deal with a Dealer?

RE: How to deal with a Dealer?
If you just bought the car from them, they should be willing to work with you I would hope... That is pretty pathetic of them to sell you a slightly used car, and then completly turn their back on you. Are there any other ford dealers in the area?

Ya, I'm talking to another one about covering it. They said they would need to take a closer look at it but that it should be covered so I'm gonna have it towed over there later today. I'll let you know what they say.

Well it sounds like a failure as oppossed to a wear & tear issue. Surely that must be covered, especially as it's only 2 weeks out.
It's a long shot, but there's a chance that they powerwashed all around the motor/trans during sales prep and water has gotten onto the input shaft splines and caused some rust buildupwhich has fouled up the release bearing cradle. That won't involve any parts replacement, but the amount of labour remains the same.
Good luck with it anyhoo and welcome to the Mustang fold
