Front Kit to upgrade Mustang 2005 V6 to V8
Hi,
I have a 2005 Mustang V6 and I would like to get the front look of a V8 GT.
One friend told me we can find upgrade kit from V6 to V8 GT including front lights, front and the switch inside the car.
Do you know if this exists and where can I find such an upgrade kit? Is there any reference# for that?
Many thanks for your help,
E.

If you do this, be aware that many think the V6 does not look right with just the GT front bumper. Look at my sig photo... this photo was before I also put on the color matched GT side skirts. The car lines just don't look right. Then, when you get the GT side skirts on the, the rear bumper looks like it should be lower.... like it is with the GT rear.
It's personal taste, but if I were you, I would buy the front and rear bumper as well as the side skirts all at the same time. Put the front and skirts on right away, then add the rear later if/when you do dual exhaust.

Thanks for your answers.
Question, I do not see in the package from newtakeoff.com the switch that you put on the control panel inside the car. Is this an item I have to buy apart?
Also I am located in Canada Montreal, do I have to buy online or can I buy from shops over here?
(what is Rocker Moulding? is this the stickers you put on both side of the car 'MUSTANG' written?)
Thx!

www.latemodelrestoration.com for $60
something bucks + S/H to ol Canada.
Wiring it is something totally different as it is NOT plug and play.
A harness and knowledge of stang wiring will be needed for the
GT fogs to function via the OEM GT headlight switch.
The rocker panels are the black pieces of plastic that runs from
the front fender to the rear fender on the sides on the stang right under the door sill on the outside of the body. Rocker panels.
V6s are black textured plastic and the GTs are smooth painted body color.
You will also need the rear half of thefront inner fender skirts off of a GT.
Take-offs are rarely in the new condition for bolting right on and might
need some TLC and paint to get em back to OEM new quality ready for installation.
