Problem Sealing After Moleskin?

Problem Sealing After Moleskin?
I just installed my moleskin the otherday and everything is fine with the exception that my drivers side door does not quite seal for some reason. The window when it is all the way up barely touches the soft stuff that seals the windows. It is only on the drivers side. Any idea to what might be causing this?

Well see it is going all the way up and sealing at the top. It is almost like it doesn't make contact with the foamy stuff on the edge closest to the quarter windows. It's raining pretty bad right now so I put a cover over it, but I'll take some pictures in a little while. I did the stuff to make sure it seals at the top.
