When I got run off the road, the tow truck guy attached the chain to pull my car up onto the truck TO MY BUMPER. Tore it clean off. The tow company paid for it.

man you guys suck at driving
[8D]j/k, I have had good luck so far with curbs, except for a few scrapes on the rims. But I usually back in, there is a lot more clearance in the back, and it looks better. Plus, taking a little extra time going into an empty space by backing in, will pay off when you have a perfect view of a busy road that you are pulling out into. my .02

Gotta second SkyMaster. I've scraped my chin spoiler more times than I can count, especially when parking. That's why I always BACK IN! Theres a small black line on my car where the paint used to be...
If you do go with the Roush facia, the chin spoiler is anonther piece that can be replaced without messing up the facia itself (if it gets too many scrapes).

i did the same thing with the zip ties...i even went as far as to get some mineral gray touchup paint and paint the zip tie to blend it in better...just drilled two holes on either side of the break and tied it together as close to the bottom as i could...even with that, it ended up tearing all the way up to the blinker light.
i just ended up buying a new bumper shipped and painted for $240...

WOW I dont scrape my gt anywhere but I am about to buy a roush front. I am used to driving low cars with ground effects. I learned how to drive them very fast with my low 92 z28's and my 94 z with wings west gfx. THAT car scraped everywhere!
