Default Parking Brake handle

so over at MGW they have a parking brake handle that I THINK matches the OEM satin aluminum trim pieces in my car

It costs $60.00 and looks like this

as of right now my interior looks like this

Go for it! I purchased mine from this seller on eBay. The shipping was very fast, the quality is very, very good, he includes a allen key you need, which tightens from the bottom, and it's $49.00, w/ <$6 shipping. And get the Steeda cup holder bezel, it gives more options by connecting the two holder openings, more room

Leave it stock, save your money for a more significant mod.

I think a little interior mod may be just the ticket!

I have that one. It looks ok but it's really quite thick and makes the handle somewhat clumsy. Black leather would be better. Where did you get yours Cokeman?

It won't get hot. I have a small complaint about mine that it gets too COLD to grab without a glove in the winter but was never too hot in the summer. Minor thing though...I think it looks better than the rubber does after daily use. It gets all grungy looking from skin cells sticking to it andlightening the deep black. I have the one that's pictured first on this page (http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/05UPR2.htm)and I think it flows right in with the rest of my interior. I think the one you picked out will look great too.

Side note: I'm still debating myself though on taking the chrome climate controls off. I'm not crazy about them and the one I had that matches for the headlight switch would never stay on because I had to pull it for the fogs and they don't stick well with pull-pressure on them alot. The climate ones are fine since they're just turned. Also another side note, if you're getting a billet insert for the cupholders I recommend the kind I DIDN'T get which just outline the two cupholders withoutthe separatingbar between them. This bar actually makes the back cupholder smaller than it was without it and smaller is NOT better. Drinks sit higher and buck for position with your elbow.
