Help me decide on UCA and LCA's
I was planning on getting BMR UCA, LCA's, and panhard bar. After checking into the CHE brand, they seem to be great also. However, CHE offers the LCA's with the "bracket" for the brake lines and also, they havethe Delrin bushing added for less maintenance and squeek free. The only hold back for me is that CHE doesn't offer a panhard bar with center adjustment, only adjustment on the end. I read that center adjustment is better. BMR has the panhard bar with center adjustment. I wanted to get all the pieces from the same manufacturer. Would it hurt to get the control arms from CHE and the panhard bar from BMR? Thoughts??
Thanks. |

no thread stealing here...just a more in depth question about the LCA's
Do you have to get the LCA lowering bracket with the LCA's?What are its advantages as opposed to just mounting the LCA's directly into the stock bolt hole? Also, are the billet or adjustables worth the extra $100+ on a daily driver or will the cheaper poly's be sufficient |

You should check out the Currie control arms. I just put them on this weekend and I love them. They have the Johnny Joints in the ends which are reaally nice and if they ever need to be rebuilt, you can do so for cheap. The Johnny Joint is somewhat like a heim joint, but they are rebuildable, and the ball center rides on 2 polyurethane bushings. Theyre offered in billet aluminum lowers and also in tubular steel. Theres also an upper adjustable UCA that has the Johnny Joint in it as well. You should definitely check them out.

I have the Eibach pro kit which is lower than a 1" drop. I just ordered Tokico D-spec Shocks and struts. I am about to order the BMR tubular LCA's with the relocation brackets. Thanks again... |

Of course its going to seem like Im just saying that because I work for them, but thats not the case. Ive sold hundreds of these sets already, and havent heard any complaints yet. Ive been real happy with them.

I'd probably advertise for the company I work for too since they do pay the bills.
