so does K&N make a different color for their CAI filter? or am I stuck with red/salmon/pink?

I checked their site, but they don't say one way or another

To the best of my knowledge, all of K&N's filters are that color.

Why? It's the color of the oil they use...

because I'm **** retentive and plan on finishing my engine with various greys and metal colors, and then there would be a big ol' red thing there...

that is just the color of the oil on the filter. wash it off and they're all white to begin with.

you can go to any performance site and pick up new oils in different colors. so far i've seen red and blue and i'm sure there are more out there.
