On a bolt-on application, the difference between the 2 is negligable. On a boosted application, the C&L would most certainly make a difference. The supercharger would definitely take advantage of the extra velocity the C&L would allow. This is, if you can get it to fit. I haven't compared my Steeda and C&L closely enough to be able to tell how different they are as far as where they sit in the engine bay. But if I remember correctly, I was in talks with Brenspeed about a Saleen SC and I'm pretty sure they said I could use my C&L.
