Default Changing V6 struts, need help on parts

I'm at 80K miles and plan to replace my shocks & struts. I'll be using Tokico non-adjustables, and do not plan to ever lower the car. I want to provide the shop all of the necessary parts I can. Car is a DD, no racing, etc. Here are my questions:

I was planning to provide the M-18183-A GT500 strut mounts. I did not think you were supposed to re-use the originals. Any issue using on a V6?

Should any other nuts/bolts/whatever be replaced with new parts?
I have never had any of the clunk/thump/creak/popping issues but don't want them to start now.

Appreciate the help.

There are also one time use fasteners abounding on the S197s

All the info you need is here:
