Airbag Recall and Mods......
My 07 GT seems to be one of the ones affected by the recall, so i'll be bringing it into the dealer soon. I was wondering If I should take off the Brenspeed Tune and C&L Intake and go back to stock for a couple days. Just because I'm unsure how it would affect my warranty when they see it during the servicing........ and was also probably going to go ahead and do the 15,000 mile maintenance since I'm already bringing it in. So if any of you have brought in your car or know how the intake and tune affect warranty any suggestions would be welcome

USE THE &($%@& SEARCHFEATURE!!!
I'm gonna slit my wrists if I see one more of these... The airbag recall affects the RCM (Restraint Control Module), not the PCM. You can leave your tune intact. Search on warranty issues, too. Only wusses that can't stand up for themselves worry about it.

Relax nuke.
I am in nearly the same situation as you, VistaBlue07. I have a Brenspeed tune/C&L intake. I took my car into the dealership yesterday to have the airbag recall done and my 20k mile service. I decided not to hassle with returning everything to stock, so I went in prepared to fight a battle. After I told him what I wanted done, I ended the conversation with, "Oh yea, and please don't flash or update my PCM". Even before I could finish he said, "Don't worry about it. The recall doesn't touch the PCM. We will not do that." No explanation needed. He knew what was going on, but it didn't seem to bother him.
My suggestion would be to do the same thing. You don't need to go into detail. Just tell them that you don't want the PCM reflashed. If they ask you why, tell that that it is your car and you only want the maintanence done that you request. Changing the oil and filter does not require any kind of update.
Another suggestion...put a sticky note on the dash right above the port warning not to flash the PCM. That way if it's not communicated to the service tech, he'll know.
Just keep in mind. It's your car. And if they want to play hardball, tell them that you'll be taking your business elsewhere.
