Bad Body Work - what to do?

Bad Body Work - what to do?
Hello everyone!
Here is my story...
Around August someone ran a red light and hit me. The damage was not that bad on the outside but it did bend my rear axle. The rear axle was replaced and they did some body work. However the bodywork does not line up right... pics below. Just wondering, is this something that can be fixed, or is this the best it can be? Also, the last pic is where I had to use some touch up paint... it sticks out to me. Just wondering if this is fixable as well.
Does not line up right...
This part seems ok? Seems to line up fine.
Doesn't line up right...
Seems ok...
Just wondering if this is fixable and how much

RE: Bad Body Work - what to do?
I was kidding. I would think that a reputable body shop would be able to straighten things out. Not sure on the cost. Any chance of getting the original shop to pay? (probably not). Just take it in for a quote. Great car btw.

None of that lines up ok. The shot from the rear driver's side, look at the side of the car where the rear fascia meets the wheelwell. It's out. It lines up properly next to the taillight, but not at the wheelwell. The passenger side is the opposite, it's out at the taillight, but correct at the wheelwell.
Also, the lip around the wheelwell in the first pic doesn't line up correctly with the line in the fascia, but it appears that the wheelwell line itself lines up correctly. This leads me to believe that some reconstruction was done on that wheelwell lip, and it was done poorly.
I think to get this all back to PERFECT you are going to be looking at a considerable expense, but that's just my $.02. YMMV.
Pascal would likely be able to give you a half-decent estimate, he owns a body shop.

RE: Bad Body Work - what to do?
did the replace the rear cover? it looks like they used a LKQ (aftermarket cover) on your car not OEM, the aftermarket replacements never fit right, I see this type of problem all the time
with the bodyshops I sell parts to, mostinsurance companys only pay for used or aftermarket replacement parts, most shops I deal with usually call to see if I can match the aftermarket price and sell them a OEM one instead, the same thing happened to my wife a couple of months ago, she was hit in the rear in her RX300 and the other driver had Geico for their insurance company who only paid the bodyshop for a aftermarket rear cover, it fit like crap,
My wifecalled up the Geico agent and told himshe wasn't happy with the fact that they put a aftermarket cover on myher car that originally had a OEM cover on it,she raised enough hell that they replaced it with a OEM cover.
