yesterday i installed some straight pipes cut from an old powerstroke exhaust. i cut my flowmasters off right behind the muffler and they are currently for sale. the pipes sound awesome. extremely loud and real throaty. cost me absolutely nothin too haha. heres some pics of my welding job. they look decent in the back, but im looking for some 5 inch diesal tips for em.

That actually sounds pretty sick man!!! Nice job. The welds are pretty UGLY but who ever lays down to look up underneath right??? Oh wait, I might....

The tips look good the way they are now... Don't DOWNGRADE to 5" tips imo...

looks kinda ghetto to me. The welds are pretty bad. I guess it sounds ok. You should get some kinda of axle back thoe or mid muff system.

Sweet another straight piper I had a guy I know at an exhaust shop do it for me, clean welds and no rattles at all... I love the sound, just because some people don't like it and we didn't spend 400 bucks on a pair of axle backs doesn't mean you have to call it ghetto
