Default Astra Hammond FTW

Thought I was all done with mods after this weekend then noticed one of my brackets for the rear louvers was missing. I bitched and moaned about it because I could see $$$ floating away trying to fabricatea replacement. (I pried the remaining 5 brackets off and cleaned up the window so I'd have to fabricate all 6!)

I called a 1-800 number though and the service rep there was very nice. Took all my info and said a complete replacement set would be set via UPS free of charge!

Just wanted to pass that along. It's nice to give vendors props when they deserve them.

My Astra Hammond is being painted as we speak. I hope to do the install in the next week or so.

I've heard from others that their customer service was good with free replacement hardware. Your case substantiates that. Thanks for the post!

They were very helpful with me, when inquiring about their chin spoiler. Up until then, I had not seen it anywhere.....Good customer service.

I screwed my first set up by not test fitting them properly and then removing them. New set sent for free. I thought that was pretty nice of them.
