My thoughts exactly. I think people take it a bit to far with the S197 on aesthetics. The design is iconic as is, i'm not gonna make it a circus. Lowering it will be next -- followed by pics

Car look really good man I like the black rim I can see a set of lowering springs in your furture and don't do the strips I think it look good the way it is but thats my .02

Well, since everyone here seems to know about lowering springs, does anyone know which ones are the softest, most conservative springs? I don't want to lower it much at all, just a little bit and I think it will be perfect.

I went with the steeda ultralite springs it lowered it about an 1" in the front and an 1 1/4 in the rear. Lowered it just enuff that the stance looks like it should of from the factory

Ya that's what I was lookin at. How much rougher is the ride though?

i see you have your 3rd brake light blacked out? where did you get that?
