I have a dent i haven't fixed yet because the quote i got was over $800. It's actually two dents on the right rear quater panel right before the wheel well. One of them is on the crease of the panel and i was told because of that i can't get the PDR. Is this true? They said they would have to remove my window and louver, remove the panel, get the dents out and then repaint. This was from the dealer.

As long as the metal isn't stretched, the dent is nothugeand the paint isn'tchipped, it does work.
They also have to be able to get behind the panel, very important detail for them.
Of course, like any other job, you have to get a guys that knows his sh#t.
I sometimes use The Dent Wizard and save myself some dough.
And I'm a body shop![8D]
I use all the tools of the trade...
If I don't have the answer, someone else will.

PDR...........its the darndest thing I ever saw.
Watched a guy work on a Mercedes for about 45 minutes. Blows me away at how easy it is.
All you need is a fluorescent lamp some suction cups and goo, a few hand tools, a ton of patience and your good to go.
If you get a chance to watch one of these guys in action............do it.
