Victoria, how good is WebElectric with shipping? I bought mine the other day, and they sent me an email yesterday saying that they were sent out.

I ordered mine Saturday, March 29, and since it was a weekend they didn't go out until Monday. I recieved them on Thursday and installed them Friday morning. That same day, I shipped out the old harnesses and recieved my $30 refund yesterday. I initially paid through PayPal with a debit card and the refund hasn't posted to my bank account yet, though.

thanks for reminding me what mine look like!
That's the only drawback to them... everyone else can see them but you can't!

I must admit it's fun looking at people's reactions, though.
Totally agree. One point in time, I forgot I had them and I was trying to figure out why people were staring and pointing at my rear. Good stuff.

Nope, just plug and play. It sounds more simple than it is though, haha. That's not to say that it's hard... it isn't. It did take me about an hour and a half. But installing them is half the fun.

It took you an hour and a half to access the tail lights and swap the harnesses? Were there complications?

Well, it was drizzling and a bit cold, so I did most of the work on the mounts inside my house. Removing the trunk panel was not a problem. Getting the mounts out wasn't, either. I did have some troube getting the old rubber stopper thing out from the old harnesses. I then brought the mount inside and switched out the harnesses. I had some difficulty getting out the backup light... the directions said to twist, but I had to pry with pliersbecause I couldn't twist it. After that, when I took the mount with the new harnesses back to the car, I had a heck of a time getting the new rubber stopper back through the hole. I eventually had to get some vegetable oil to line the bottom of the stopper to get it through, and that required quite a bit of strength. It was all well-worth it, though. And I wasn't in a hurry to get it done... I had a few hours before going in to work so I took my time.
