i get it!!!

He works for FORD!! So if he gets us to come in and do more unneeded maintenance, he gets more money!!

They will do that. Try to hook up an old granny on maintenance she doesn't need. Us too if we let them.

Yea, if you want to wait from them to get down to 24 psi. I like mine a little more uniform than that.

My critique:

Inspect tires & tire pressure - every week--Once a month is enough.
Inspect all lights - once a month--do thisjust beforeinspection time!
Motor oil + filter - every 3,000mi or 3 months or 200 hours of engine operation--Most oils go 5k miles w/oissues.
Lubricate Lower Control Arm + Steering Linkage Ball Joints w/Zerk Fittings (you find them for me!)- every 3,000 miles or 3 months--no need for this one.
Rotate & inspect Tires & wheel end-play and turning noise - every 3,000 miles or 3 months--every 6000 to 7500 miles.
Multi-point inspection - every 3,000 miles or 3 months--ain't that what all of this $hit is????
Check battery charge + electrolyte level - every 3,000 miles or 3 months--most batteries are sealed/maintenance free
Inspect Brake System - every 5,000 miles or 6 months--Once a year at inspection time is enough.
Parking Brake Adjustment - every 7,500 miles or 6 months--never needed.
Check and replace (if necessary) all window wipers - every 6 months--every 2 years.
Transmission fluid - every 15,000 miles or 12 months--every 3 years or 36000 miles
Coolant - every 15,000 miles or 12 months--good for 3 to 5 yrs or 50k to 75k miles.

Fuel Filter - every 1 year or 15,000 miles--not necessary any more; yeah lets pull the fuel tank once a year!
Inspect & lubricate all non-sealed steering linkage, ball joints, suspension joints, half and drive-shafts and u-joints - every 1 year or 15,000 miles--all are permanently sealed at the factory.
Air Filters - clean or replace once a year--every 3 years or 36000 miles--hold a light to it and that's how to check it.
Brake fluid change every 2 years or 30,000 miles--what? No one changes their damn brake fluid.
Spark Plug Replacement - every 2 years or 30,000 miles--100,000 miles. Unleaded fuel and platnium tips make them last.
Change Transaxle Fluid - every 2 years or 30,000 miles--duh this car is RWD!!!

Lubricate Front Wheel Bearings, Replace Grease Seals, Adjust Bearings - every 2 years or 30,000 miles--do at brake jobs
Change Transfer Case Fluid - every 2 years or 30,000 miles--duh this car is not a 4 x 4 truck!
Inspect complete exhaust system and heat shields - every 2 years or 30,000 miles--screw it until you hear a leak.
PCV Valve - every 2 years or 30,000 miles
Timing Belt Replacement - every 3 years or 48,000 miles--did ya know we have a timing CHAIN in our cars?????
Power steering fluid change - every 3 years or 48,000 miles--not necessary
Change rear axle lubricant; non-synthetic only - every 5 years or 75,000 miles--not necessary.

Now I have a question. If one were to do all this $hit, when would you be able to drive the car? Hell, it would be on a rack somewhere getting serviced 95% of the time.

One more question: Have you ever worked on a car at all?

Pathetic.

fuel filter change is easy, its not in the tank, its under drivers seat bascially and takes all of 20 minutes to replace

Useless trivia:
Not to be a nitpicker, but there are front engine RWD cars with transaxles
1907 Welch
1908 Sterns
Early 60`s Pontiac Tempests
Alfa Romeo`s
Porsche 944 /968/928
Current model Corvettes.
