New Tru-Fiber Hood (Questions)
about 3 weeks a go my uncle ran into my car while it was parked, and long story short his insurance gave me 2K, so i bought a GTS-III hood from tru-fiber, i thought they came with covers for the vents for a DD car, but they didnt
so is it a big problem if those vents are left open, the vents are pretty far away from the intake, and i park my mustang in the garage if that makes any difference
btw the guys at tru-fiber were very helpful and looks like they make a very high quality product, i would def recommond them
i'll post pics up after i get all my parts painted/installed with my new headlights and hood

RE: New Tru-Fiber Hood (Questions)
alright cool bro thanks for the help, btw should i take the hood to a body shop (i have to go get my bumper and fender painted and fixed anyway) or because the hood is fiberglass (i heard they have to get prepped/painted a special way) a custom shop to get it painted and prepped

+1 on the shops that have fiberglass experience. I have the GTS also from Tru-fiber and mine had some small stress cracks that needed taken care of.
