RE: Just installed my MGW shifter!!
I have mine (old one, second batch I think) still at 11 turns out (I'm too lazy to crawl back under the car - no troubles yet *knocks on wood), with the shaft all the way down (european sports car height - LOL), and the side-to-side adjustment is..... I forget. Comfortable. LOL
I love this shifter. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Shortest throw, VERY well-made, very sturdy.. Everyone that I have let run the gears in my car has been impressed. In fact, I bumped into a guy last weekend with a Tri-ax in his car with an old school Hurst T-handle on it. I let him run the gears, and he's gonna switch. LOL
Glad to see there's another MGW fan in the house. Excellent product!!
I'd post pics, but I'm using the stock **** (stealth and all that).

RE: Just installed my MGW shifter!!
After putting in some miles on the shifter I could honestly say that it feels so much better but the only thing i could say I am still having trouble trying to get reverse in but other than that the MGW shifter is the best!!!! Not only does it look good but it performs good! MGW is #1 in my book

RE: Just installed my MGW shifter!!
I ended up ordering the black ball w/ satin stick - though I've been trying to not buy any mods for a while - so now I'm pissed at myself for ordering it but can't wait to install it.[:@][&:][8D][:-]
I think R uses the same syncros as 1st?? So, into 1st then slides into R, for me anyway.
