Default Gears...how do I find out what they are?

I am looking at getting a 2007 GT/CS and am trying to find out what the rear end gears might be. Will the VIN have that info? or is there a tag on the diff itself?

Underneath the car on the rear differential...

Or just look at the price sheet if you have access to it...

My 2008 GT/CS came with 3.31s...

just note yourspeed at say 2K RPM in 5thand match it to a gear chart. I dont recall the link but if u search for it you can find a chart for 3.55 ratio/4.10 ratio/3.73 ratio and the other stock config.

Hope that helps as an alternate to knowing

No way! I'm pretty sure my car turns 2k at 60 mph, and 3k at 100 mph EXACTLY!!!
