Default More Water Leak Info

Like many Stang owners I'm concerned about the passengers side water leak. I was putting damplifier in my doors and had the door panel off on the passengers side. I also had the moisture barrier off. (put it back on) I had no choice the car was dirty.......filthy. Went through a car wash. there was a great deal of water toward the front of the door enough for me to use a couple of rags to dry it up. I also had dampness under the insulation up toward the firewall. the door water really concerns me. Anyone else hear of water in the door??

Your doors will always get water in them because of the windows. The issue is whether or notthe watercan drain out correctly. Iremoved the two black plastic drain covers from the bottom of both doors to allow the water to drain better. Make sure there isn't any dirt or debris inside the door bottoms that would clog the drains.
