Bingo. Two years is enough time to pick apart small issues and address them. Whenever you put something new on the market you're going to have problems at first. However, by selling the cars they are able to find out flaws and ways to improve upon their engineering mistakes.

It's the only way to truely find out if you have a good product or not.

Sorry if I snapped a little, that was the point of the topic. I wanted to see if there was any major flaws between the years, seems like Ford did a good job in the beginning so I'm kind of set.

Well there is definately a ton of R&D that goes into engineering something like a vehicle. However, the true test is seeing how it holds up once its on the market.

Like I said, anything that is new will have some issues. When you sell cars you're not only making money, but furthering your development of the vehicle.

I think it's the best, and only way to truely see if you've succeeded.

I have one of the earliest 05's. I had the silencer in the intake tube. I also have the My color lighting. Leather seats but no seat warmers, the infamous front end clunk, the also infamous gas tank wont fill unless the nozzle is upside down.
