Transmission question

My transmission is makes like a squeaking noise sometimes when I put it in to 3rd gear. It only does it over 3 thousand RPM's and only sometimes. I dont think its the syncro? But I dont know what else it can be?

You know 05+ stangs are known for problems getting it into third right?
