You said "downloaded stock and everything is fine again." How did you do that if you don't have the stock tune?

I'm confused. Why can't you put the factory tune on there (with your stock air box), finish that tank of 93, fill up again with 93, install your CAI and reload the 93 tune?

Sure I can do that. You really think it's the gas? I checked the code on the CEL and it was P2197 which is vacuum leak? Really I don't know how it could be.

Did you re-attach your vacuum hose after you put the new intake on? Is the green tab locked?

Alright guys, don't know what worked. Unplugged the battery, plugged everything else back in, redid the tune and it seems to idle fine now. We'll find out more tomorrow. Stock air box will be in the trunk just in case.

Sounds like you had an installation error the first time.
Did you check all of the hosed twice, check the gasket for the MAF sensor?

funny enough, that sounded like an improperly connected MAF clip

i would know, correction, the dealer would know, since they did it to me...TWICE

car will run, but run like crap and throw CEL every time
