Old Guys Always Ask What Size Engine?

The PJ mustang is the only 302 liter engine and it's all forged and the best part is that its numbers will blow away most anyone.
They actually recently came out with a conversion kit with a full shaker system (well it'll be out in a few weeks) that has a superchager built in to up the power but maintain all the looks (including the shaker). It should safely push 510 hp.
But stock the PJ mustang runs 4.5s & 12.5s vs the GT500s 4.5s and 12.9s.. an upgraded PJ mustang would be sick as an "11 second boss 302".

the comments about engine displacement remind me of this movie quote:
"Yeah. 220... 221, whatever it takes"

RE: Old Guys Always Ask What Size Engine?
Any old guy should understand litrers. They used the liter system back on the old Fairlanes and Galaxies. "7.0" liters was mounted on the fenders. As far as truth in advertising, the 5.0 wasn't really 5 liters, it was 4.9, but you have to admit that 5.0 sounds alot better then 4.9. Regardless of the fly wheel or rear wheel HP numbers, the fact is, the 454's did 13's on the quarter mile with modifications. My 2006 GT vert can do mid 13,s "from the factory" with its little modular 281 cubic inch power plant. And I routinely achieve 22 miles per gallon! And I don't conserve the throttle when I drive. What would be the point, or fun in that?

Many of us "old guys" haven't converted to the metric system yet....so take it easy on us, okay? One day you'll be where we are, and you'll have underwear older than most of the other posters on this forum!
