Quiet pops at cruise, shaking at idle?

Quiet pops at cruise, shaking at idle?
Ok the random shaking at idle goes way back, its never been a concern.
But today I had the garage door half way open with the car on as I cycled the coolant thermostat during a coolant flush. WIth the radio off and holding rpms at 2000, I heard random quiet pops coming out the exhaust. I know we get this on de-acceleration, but during cruising? Seems odd.
Probably related to random shaking at idle.
Never had a code for misfiring, yet.
And yes I've messed with plugs before, and changed them recently, maybe using the wrong anti-sieze sent it down onto the spark plug diode area and causes some misfires. Thats a random guess.
Anything?

I have this same problem...
shaky idle sometimes... and random poping at cruise
I think there is a TSB on that...something about a coil pack...

I had the same problem after putting in a set of the new champion sparkplugs, I got a code for misfore on cylinder 7. I took the plug out & looked at it and it looked fine, I put it back in and it had the same miss. I put one of my Factory plugs back in that cylinder and the car runs fine. The brand new plug was bad. I found it hard to believe but I have no doubt that the plug is bad. Dagostino is sending a replacement & I ent that one back so they could look at it. If you don't get a code it will be difficult to tell which one is causing the miss.

interesting... i have new summit coil packs, and im pretty sure its been happening awhile. Maybe I messed up a plug torque during install, or am just messed up in general.
