Dont worry about the other wheel......Just use one wheel, for your refrence

CAI/Tune maybe 161 mph @ 5700 rpm (Drag Limited).
Power Addermaybe 183.5 mph@ 6500rpm (RPM Limited).
That of course assumes you are making enough power to overcome drag at that speed.
