I believe there is one in the Pungo area of Virginia Beach called Creeds Dragway. I'm sure if call the Chamber of Commerce, they might be able to give you a number or contact.

Creeds has been shutdown for about two decades. the closest drag strips to Va. Beach are Virginia Motorsports Park, Dinwiddie and there is one in Sandston. Those two are 1/4 tracks.
Another close one is in NC its an 1/8 mile track.
