Do you know where to get the FRPP from?
Ford, maybe? Actually, my CAI is Steeda (from Brenspeed), and the filter and heat shield that came with it said it is FRPP. So I think maybe Steeda gets those two parts from FRPP. The intake tube said Steeda, though.
