i have a 05 v6 48000 miles on it is all stock except for a flowmaster axle back muffler i used the kelly blue book and it said its worth about 9,900 does that sound right? im looking to trade for an 05 gt thats 21,998 what do you guys think? the is black with leather interior the skipper 500 and stick shift, it doesnt have the my color feature or the gas calculator thing. does it sound like a pretty good deal? also i noticed on the gt where the overhead lights are there are two holes in the plastic housing with two speaker looking things any idea what they are?

22k for an 05 GT is way too high. I only paid like 24k for my 07 GT Premiumlast year, brand new. Keep looking.

if you looked at the kbb price for your car why not look at the kbb price for the GT you want?

Put together several common option levels and different mileages and there you will find the answers you are searching for.

16-19k

I've been searching for a while to trade in my car for a manual but realized it was not worth it.

Those speaker looking things are motion sensors for the ActiveAlarm System.

Got my 05 GT premium (shaker 500, my color, etc.) 5 spd. with 11000 miles for $17,800 last august. IMO you should keep looking. I got a pretty good deal but you should be able to find a mass of 05 GTs for < 20,000 with little miles.
