Your tune is the stock tune, it's just a shelby stock tune. Just flash with the ford racing tuner and your "stock tune" will be saved on the tuner and the ford racing tune will be loaded on the car.

thanks gentlemen, your help is appreciated on this, i know that the shelby has a tune put on it, and i says you need to reset factory tune, how is this done? i have a diablosport but this does not have a 07 mustang gt factory tune, would a ford dealer be able to help?
