Great week on the mod front. Finally got a bunch of boxes of goodies out of the kitchen, and on the car......

As far as the show mod, I have always had the Silver Horse Racing Medallion on, but wanted to swap the outer ring to anodized black, to offset the polished door....













Thanks to Brandon for the sale of the anodized outer ring.


Lovin the go mods. No dyno yet, but obvious gains with doing all three at once. Eventually will get her on a dyno, but for now, the seat of the pants dyno says good move.......

The first one in the before pic are the stock CMCV plates. (charge motion control valves) Hard to tell from the after pics, but they are the CMCV delete plates....

Oh ya, there is a definite difference with the shortys....doing all three at once, hard to put a number to it, but I am guessing about 20 or 25 between all three....

Thanks Ken. Exhaust tone is lowered a level or two, with that distinctive header pulse to it at idle...At WOT, it picked up the decibel level a couple.....And yes, very pleased with how the medallion came out. And the black ring sure shows off the custom interior of the medallion nicely......

how difficult was your header install?..attempted install on 99 cobra..ended being a 3 day project, had to lift the motor.

No more difficult than signing the check....

I had all three done by a shop at the same time. I did watch him during the last two hours of the header install....Better him than me....[8D][8D]

did you have to do a tune with the delete plates?

Yes. I had the tune pre-loaded on my XCal and ready to go when they completed the install. Justin at VMP put together a killer tune for these mods......
