Edmund's shows$20-21K for an auto '06 Premium with 9400 milesin "Outstanding" condition. You can use that as your base price, and then add the estimated value for your mods to get a bottom line. But as others have said, the value of the mods is in the eye of the buyer.

Id go for high 20's with your car. They aren't letting new GTs go for under 30k anymore so I think with only 9k miles on it and the way it looks you could pull 30 K from a rich sucker that wants a mustang. Ya I'd say 30K firm in any add that you post then talk it up like you would if you were posting on here. Its a nice looking car with great mods, dont settle fora pricethat you dont like.

Since you are in florida, ( don't know where ) but here in jacksonville are alot of mustang get toghethers.. And there are alot of people that show up, that do not own mustangs. But they love to look around. And those people usually end up asking one or two guys if they are willing to sell their cars.. Anyways, my advice to you is to try and go to some of those car shows, post it here in the classifieds, and anywhere there might be some enthusiast looking for a mustang. the best way to get the money you invested in the modsis to sell it to someone that wants to mod it anyways.. With the ammount of milage you have on it and the mods, you could let it go for around 35k. Or at least I would.
Also, try posting it in military news papers.. I'm in the military and I'll tell you, there are alot of ppl I talk to about my stang and all I hear is , I wish I could find one to buy that's modded already that way I don't have to invest too much in it.. Hope that helps. GL
