Go to http://www.falkentire.com/#/Home/ and ask them to make their 452's in a size more appropriate for the 2005+ mustang. That's what I did.
I'm sick of there not being any performance tires for our cars. I don't want 18 inch rims!!!!!!!
I asked for a 295/45/17 or 275/45/17 or 275/50/17. I even asked for a 255/50/17.

Any reason you don't want to upgrade to an 18" wheel?

1. if you go broke with the 18's I'll buy that sc from you for tire money
2. do you think you'll notice that much weight difference with your sc?
3. new rims might be a nice addition to your car
4. I might be wrong, but I think it's easier to find wider tires for 18's than 17's, help you out some with that traction problem
I love how most of my answers go back to your sc, probably because I'm jealous
either way, its your car so only your opinion matters [sm=smiley20.gif]

If I have to, then i'll go with 18's. Most likely some 18 inch grey bullits from american muscle. I'm going to wait awhile and see if one of these lame tire manufacturers will step up to the plate. All they make is import tires.[:'(]

Jesus a 325 size tire on a 9" rim? That just seems huge. Won't the sides bow out? The jegs site seems to say you need a 10" rim.

Call me a newb and paranoid but is it really a good idea to go against that recommendation?
