It's one of the three bolts holding the uppercontrol arm mount to the car.

NO, its a one time use fastener and removing it or untorquing it
to get a wire under it would require it to be replaced. I would not
recommend using suspension mounting hardware for an Amp ground.

I wouldn't. It's a one time use only bolt, needs to be replaced once removed. Also, it requires 129 ft/lbs of torque when installing. I would use a seatbelt bolt, or some other bolt going to the body of the car.

Why not just drill a hole anywhere in there? As long as you make sure you're not going to hit anything underneath, you'd be fine.

ok thanks, i had my impact wrench on the bolt and i felt how hard it was to loosen and i thought i better wait. thanks for the quick feed back
