Pypes mid muffler questions.
I am looking to buy the pypes mid muffler but I have some question.
Now I have done a lot of searches and not found the info I wanted so if some can help me I would be great full, so here are my questions
1: how loud is this setup?
2: will there be any issue with a one piece drive shaft?
3: how much ground clearance do you lose?
Thank you guys for all the help

RE: Pypes mid muffler questions.
There are louder exhaust set-ups but the Pype MM is a deep aggressive set-up that reminds me of the old 5.0 with Flows. They sounds great at WOT. Can't answer the drive shaft question but you do not lose any ground clearance with the MM's.
You need to hear them in person but the following link is one of my favorites of the MM's. It's been posted before.

RE: Pypes mid muffler questions.
it sounded quiet for me at first, however i didnt give the mufflers time to break in fully (ended up getting an o/r x added to it)
the ground clearance is fine, just be careful around tall speed bumps, i dont have any problem anymore with my 20s
and no it shouldnt interfere with the driveshaft whatsoever, it stays about 6 inches away at the LEAST

There not lound at all, but very very deep! You'll love them. I was in the same boat while looking over exhuast and this system great. However i would have a pro install them. Mine where weld for 100 bucks.

above link is a quick clip i made of my setup. Its a stock gt w/ the pypes midd system and a frpp x pipe. and when i say stock, i mean all i have is the catback and xpipe. I still have the stock air filter.

RE: Pypes mid muffler questions.
hey,
i just put my mid mufflers on and already had a bassani high flow catted X.. to be honest with you i was suprised at how quiet it is in the cab.. i wish it was louder!.. but when you stand behind it and have a someone rev it up for you.. it sounds amazing!.. i love the sound.. just wish i could hear it more inside of the car.. but i have the cutouts for that!..
but taht clip is honestly not a good one.. and its true that it sounds more like a 2 valve.. something about the tone it produces.. but heres a better clip to give you an idea..
