Well that sucks, haha. It was-

2005 mustang 25k miles
Full C Series kit
20 in rims
Upgrade interior
Nav system
Supercharged 505 hp

$27,000
That would mean even if you uninstalled the SC yourself AND sold it for 4 grand, you'd still be paying $23,000 for a used 2005 GT? I'dsay pass and go look for a new07 that the dealerships are trying to unload.

27K is a very fair price. Considering 12K+ in mods alone.

Before I bought my Shelby, I was looking for a stock GT, I found many from 18k to 22k. But here is one truth in buying a car. Buy what you want. If you don't, you'll regret it and be upset that you passed by the car you really wanted. Good luck and do what makes you happy.

If the car is in good shape with all those mods I say buy it as is. You get a great looking/performing car for $27k.

Sell some other stuff or just finance some more. If the car is exactly what you would build any way in the long run you will save big bucks.

If you really cant swing it, I would pass.

Keep looking you can find one cheaper. Those mods may have cost 12k but they don't help resale much.
