hey guys.. turns out my whipple is on backorder so I won't get it for another 7-10 days. my question is.. I sold my cai and sct already and wanted to go back to stock so I can ship my cai and sct out when I had told him anyway.. I have cmdp's and 4.10 gears. will I have a problem going back to the stock airbox and leaving the cmdp's on for a week other than the speedo being off or do I have another problem coming?

I just want to be able to ship these out like I had said I would but don't want to go through the trouble of taking the cmdp's off if the whole thing will come off with the whipple ayway.

my rear tire size is 295/45/18 if that matters too.

CMPDs require a tune so just take them off. It's only about an hours worth of work.

I know they require a tune but is it just to gain the performance from them or so I won't throw a code?

I believe it's a driveability issue without a tune. I wouldn't chance it.
