I have an APO address and use Brenspeed, MGW, Midwest Auto Gear, Discount Tire, Rockauto, Moss Motors, etc. Never had a problem.

Our company uses DHL or ups for our international shipments. They work grea, they take care of all the paperwork for us.

That won't work for APO/FPO addresses. It has to be strictly sent USPS or it will require it to clear customs and then a VAT is placed on the items. And that's if the items is legal to be in that country. USPS to the military bypasses all that crap...
