Default Battery died... Couple questions

I was driving home yesterday pretty late and as im driving i notice some weird things happening. My TCS button reads "off" when i know for sure i never pressed it and when i actually did try pressing it, the orange "off" light wouldnt go away.. then my ABS light turns on and a couple other lights i cant remember. I started freaking out a little and right after that i notice my headlights get really really dim and all my guages as well. Then a couple minutes later all my lights turn off completely and the little guage for the battery symbol is all the way on L. So i turned my car off when i got home and tried turning it back on but it only made this loud clicking and wouldnt turn on. I figure its my battery but im not posotive? Im gonna try jumping it to try to get it to the dealer tomorrow but i really dont think its gonna get all the way there. I have a Diablo tune loaded right now do you think i need to reload my stock tune to take it in? I know that if i do then im gonna have to reinstall my factory intake as well... any suggestions?
