Default Are there any decent "E-bay purchased" grills worth looking into ?

Just wondering if anyone has actually purchased a decent quality E-bay type front grill for the 05-08 Mustang GT.
If soo what was vendors name and price if possible.
I think a front billet grill would look sweet on my satin silver GT , but the 250$ ones are a bit steep price wise.
Any experiences with E-bay grills people ?

what exactly is eBay type? LOL

I got my front and lower grille set from there for about $120 shipped, I dont remember the seller but there is soo many of the same type on there that you're bound to find one.

Its great quality so I dont think you will have any problems with it, mines a V6 but Im sure you can find a GT set for cheap as well

By "E-bay type" i mean purchased from e-bay as the prices on those things are ridiculously low compared to grill sets you see sold from other online retailers.
Im scared that the "E-bay" grills might be cheap, break easy, flake, rust etc....just wonderign if anyones ever bought one from e-bay and have a positive experience with it .

I bopught my grille on ebay and am very happy with it. It's not a billet style though.

Your best bet is pay close attention to the feedback. You can gauge the quality of the grilles by comments left from previous purchasers.

My experience has been you get what you pay for
and feedback means everything on eBay.
If its cheap in price, its cheap in quality.

The only cheap one I found on eBay were the overlay grills (see sig pic). I've since replaced it with the SHelby replacement grill, but never had any issues with quality on the overlay.

Mine looks like unsocbl's and I got it from Grille4You on Ebay. No complaints at all.

I dont think it'll work, you would need a replacement grill for that I believe. Take your GT one off and sell it, and use that cash for the new grill
