Anybody know what is required to upgrade to a Shaker 1000 system. Are the plugs the same or do you have to have the harnesses as well. Thanks for the help

After starting thread found a thread similar to this one. Looks like it may be a waste of time and not such a great benefit. Someone posted that it adds an extra60lbs as well. Found a complete system for 400.00

howarmat

shaker1000 head unit
complete wiring harness
shaker1000 subs and amps for the trunk
etc

Its really not worth the hassel imo, just get an aftermarket sub and amp and you will be pleased

I did get to hear the shaker1000 for a good long while this weekend. It did have a good amount of bass, but if the car didnt come with it i would still get something different probably. Just my opinion.
