Default Steeda lowering springs with stock shocks

If I want to run a set of Steeda lowering springs, is it OK to continue using the stock shocks and struts?

Yep, they will just wear out faster.
The internal valving is now lower than
OEM ride height so there is some trade
off for using OEM shocks at non-OEM
ride height.

Yes but honestly it doesn't ride that great. I've got the Steeda Ultralites on my girl's car with stock shocks/struts. The Ultralites are supposed to be a pretty good riding sping too. I just recently added Steeda Sport Springs and Tokico D-Specs shocks/struts and the difference is night and day. I'd say wait until you can afford both since you'll need to tear it all apart anyways. Save yourself some headache and time. I PROMISE you won't be unhappy.

Would you be more specific.
How does the Ultralites with stock shocks compare to Steeda Sport springs with Tokicos ?
Do you have now better ride comfort with the Tokicos ?
Ingterested to know as I'm running Sport springs with stock shocks.

I'm running UltraLites & ProAction Shocks & Struts. save a few bucks do the install of both at the same time. It's a lot of work......compressing the front springs..& i'm pretty sure you may need a front end alignment even if you put your stock struts back in. It's a MUST if you do both at the same time.

Thanks everyone, I got the answers I was looking for. Looks like if I'm going to do this I'll have to save up to do it properly first.
