Here is an example of Eibach Pro with 18" rims and 255/45 Rubber. Its not a daily driver and there is no way I'd want it lower than this. I can't even get a normal floor jack under the front, need to drive up on ramps first. I have yet to scrape anything though....avoid large speed bumps.

I lowered mine this weekend with some Steeda's, granted it was only an inch, but I wouldnt go any lower. Like hte previous poster said, any more and I would have had issues with getting a jack under the car, putting it on ramps etc... It changed the stance to something more aggressive, the ride is a bit rougher but not bad at all, at least not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I do wish I would have just bought new shocks too, as now I am sure I will be doing it eventually anyhow, but once you do the springs, you will see that as long as you have the tools, it was very simple to do. Ohh, and my alignment was still spot on with just swapping springs, they didnt have to do jack.

if you are not running 20's i would go with the pro-kit... as stated, 20's will slightly raise your car (center of the rim is higher), so the sportline springs work fine.. but with 18's the pro-kit is perfect.

as redrider0151 said... buy the shocks also. it will save you time or $$ on installation, and you will wish that you would have bought them to begin with. The stock shocks are made to work in a specific cycle and are not adjusted to work with your new spring height. I made the mistake of not getting new shocks / dampers and was bottoming out my stock suspension on bigger bumps.. needless to say, i upgraded quickly.

Something else to think about. If you ever think you'll get a chin, you can run into issues with clearance. I changed parking structures when I put my Eibach Pro's on. The ramp I have now is VERY slight, but if I go more than 2 mph and don't have a good angle, I scrape the chin every time.

Obviously how low you go depends on what kind of body mods you plan for your car, but the height you get from the sportlines, which is similar to my tein s-tech springs is perfect in my opinion...I have had virtually no issues with scraping and the look is awesome...and it definitely doesn't look retarted by any means...

I've been toying with putting in the Pro Kit but like everyone has said, if you change the chin spoiler (in my case with to the CDC aggressive) you run the risk of scrapping it on anytype of incline:

I got the Eibach pro springs. Lowered my whole car about 1.5 inches no problems with bumps and stuff like that then I put the body kit on!

Some of the places I go could be risky, but yours looks great. I'm leaning more to swaping out the rear with a 3.73. How much was the hood with paint/install? Do you actually have functional ram air?
