I have the remote adjusters. Not only do I not like pulling the carpet back, but I don't have to get so far into the trunk to adjust them, and I don't have to put the key in. Just reach in and turn the ****. I run 1 from full hard in the rear all the time, and 3 from full hard up front on the street, 5 from full hard up front at the track, so they have some give and help with weight transfer.
I absolutely love them coupled with my Eibach Pro Kit springs. The ride is great, even at 1 from full hard. You feel the big bumps a little more, but they absorb the smaller ones better, and it corners like a dream.

I have them with the Eibach Pro Kit set at 5 from hard. The ride is great and the handling is superb. I saved some money by installing them at the same time I had the springs installed.

The "it can pull X number of Gs" statements that marketing departments crank out are basically meaningless. Think about it, the number of Gs any car can pull is primarily related to the Tires being used and the surface the test was made on. Its kind of like statistics, you can massage the results to get the answer you want. Put R-Compounds on a Ford Fiesta and it will pull 1G.
The only valid comparisons are those that used the exact same tire on the same surface under the same conditions using the same measuring equipment.

The Bridgestone Potenza RE-01Rs did well in their tests.

I am glad there has been some discussion made about the Tokico d-specs. I am considering a set of these myself. I always have to take the level of difficulty regarding installation in consideration......so what would you rate this? 1-10, how hard ya think it is??

RE: Tokico D-spec feedback poll
Is there anything out there that compares to the Tokicos? That seems to be the #1 choice for shocks and struts but, my question, is there an alternative because I also plan on ordering a Pro-Kit and WILL NOT lower it til I get a decent pair of shock/struts to go with it
