I'm a little confused about your description. The flat style spoiler I was referring too, was offerred with the Pony V6 package. I'm not familar with the Mesh one you are talking about.

As far as the holes are concerned, the v6 trunk is identical to the GT. I can't see Ford having 2 different designs, it doesn't make sense nor is it the case. If you buy the GT500 spoiler, it should mount with no problem. Also, it should have only 2 bolts that match up andthey also have 2outer bolts that you have to drill 2 new holes for, if you bought it from the Spoiler Store. I just used the 2 matching stock bolts and the 3M tape and it is mounted solid and it won't come off. Didn't want to drill 2 new holes in case I changed the spoiler out to a different one later, given the new outer bolt locations.

The GT spoiler, along with any other Ford spoiler(I believe), all fit in the same holes.

I swapped mine the first day I had my GT with the V6. I will say that removing the factory V6 spoiler is a real mother, fishing line and all. That sucker is on there good. Next time I'll just swap trunklids and emlems instead.

i have the gt500 oem spolier(m-16600 svtc) and it has all 4 bolts and lined up in 3 seconds......no drilling or any b/s
