Just get the mirror off of Ebay, it's $130. The seller sells "used" units but they are literally brand new with nothing wrong with them. I got mine in two days from USPS.

Thanks for the clairifications. Much appreciated. Now I'm just gonna have to keep an eye out on ebay I guess. All the black ones are 10X's more expensive. Obviously, the most popular color I would guess.

You can also do it the way I did mine (can't use the overhead console in a vert), and it won't matter what color you get.

I got a great deal on my mirror (Homelink, Temp, Compass & Harness for $179) .. otherwise the Visor Homelink + Cheaper mirror is the way to go ....

The Homelink mirrors for pretty much every manufacturer are made by Gentex. Notice how your Ford Homelink mirror looks the same as my Nissan one?:

I purchased a Ford mirror with Homelink built in from eBay. I picked it up for 149 new. It even has the Ford oval on the back and it is a 499 piece directly from Ford. I had a glass place remove the old mirror as I have read that many have cracked their windshield getting the old one off. Now I have Homelink plus auto dimming and direction and temperature in my Mustang. The best 149 I have ever spent! The part number on the box is 4L3Z-17700-B
