i just put foose 20' nitrous rims on my black gt. i'm going to buy the bmr lowering kit, and was going to get dspecs from hotpart for 503.
but now i have an oppurtunity to buy bilstein shocks and struts for 350 from a friend. he bought them off ebay for 370+shipping and never put them on his car cuz he sold it. he sed they are barely used. wat u guys think? im looking for opinions

get the new D-specs and the warranty.
You won't have one with anything off eBay!
Are Bilsteins adjustable too?

d-spec's were by far the best mod ive done...you wont believe the ride quality,its amazing...btw i would NEVER buy used shocks

I'd take the adjustability of the D-Specs any day. If you go to the 4.6 Handling section of this forum and read the posts of "F1Fan" on the subject, he will convince you why the adjustability is so important and worth the extra $.
